UFS (4.0/3.1) is Android's fast flash standard. UFS 4.0 reaches ~4200 MB/s read. CompareTech normalizes to Storage Type — many Android phones show UFS, iPhones/Tablets show NVMe; same idea: fast sold-state storage.
